Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RealEstateSuite ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RealEstateSuite grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for your business purposes.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

RealEstateSuite offers various subscription plans. The features and limitations of each plan are detailed on our pricing page.

Billing and Renewal

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant RealEstateSuite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon our or any third party's intellectual property rights
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information
• Accessing content through any technology or means other than those provided by the Platform
• Bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RealEstateSuite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RealEstateSuite, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
